If you visit Saint-14 in the tower, it could have a new quest for you. The momento quest will give you the exotic weapon of the bastion. One of the steps, called spoken word, forces us to find and kill captains and servants fallen on the entangled bank.
Fortunately, it's very fast and easy to do if you know where to go. Start by appearing in Thieves Landing, then head to the north from the reappearance. You will arrive in an area on the left that appears regularly on a servant. The higher, on the right, you will find a fallen captain who also reappears regularly. You can see the two locations marked on the image below.
Just stay in the area for a short time, killing the servant when he appears, then going back to kill the autumn captain. This should only take a few minutes to go through the two appearances and finish this step of the quest. After that, you will need to visit the spider to go to the next step of the quest.
